idutax was born out of a simple observation: accountants spend too much of their time chasing clients for documents over email — and not enough time doing the accounting. We built a better way.
What we do
idutax gives accounting professionals a secure, branded client portal where clients can upload tax documents without needing an account or app. Automated reminders handle follow-up. Built-in e-signature replaces DocuSign. Every action is audit-logged for compliance.
Who we serve
Solo CPAs, small accounting firms, and tax advisors in Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom, and Australia. We support region-specific tax forms (T1, T2, 1040, SA100, BAS) and compliance requirements (PIPEDA, IRS Pub. 4557).

AES-256 encryption at rest and in transit. Files never touch our servers unencrypted. Data residency controls for CA and US clients.
